DIY Water Fountain

I have this vision in my head that we'll actually use our backyard at some point. It's a little more difficult to do that when we have dogs back there and have to clean up the poo from time to time. But, essentially, I'd love to have some things out there for our daughter to be able to play back there whenever she wants to. For now, I'm thinking small.
