Even beginners can do it!
I tried this for myself and it was fantastical! The girl in the video does a good job cleaning up her cuticles. The picture above is from the first time I did it. After that first time, I learned how to make the white less chunky-looking around my cuticles.
You will need:
- White nail polish
- Cotton balls
- Rubbing alcohol
- Newspaper
- Top coat polish
- Nail polish remover (for cleaning up cuticle edges)
- Cotton buds (q-tips)
