A few days ago, I came across some info about a company in NY that makes their own wine ice cream. They ship it anywhere. I had to wonder if any recipes for something like this might be out there online somewhere. Surely, these can't be the only people in the world who know anything about making ice cream with wine in it, right?!
RIGHT! Seems like the perfect time to invite your girlfriends over for a night in to make this together and then enjoy it together over some chocolate and a good movie. When Harry Met Sally, anyone?
